First Light Flower Essences - Made from New Zealand’s Unique and Ancient Native Flora
Flower essences are an easy to take remedy for stress relief and emotional support for all the family.

Flower essence remedies have been used by indigenous cultures, including Maori, for centuries and more recently made popular by the physician and homeopath Dr Edward Bach in the early 1930s. The First Light range of essences has been created for the living conditions of the 21st century which are often considerably more stressful than 70 years ago.
They are safe to take along side medication and other supplements you might be taking. Your essences are supplied in a 25ml dropper bottle and a few drops are taken each day under your tongue or added to your water bottle.

What is the Benefit of an in Person, Phone or Email Consultation?

A consultation enables a personalised blend or ‘healing bouquet’ to be formulated to meet your individual needs for a healing outcome.
During consultation you are able to discuss the issues, worries or concerns that are currently upsetting you or causing you pain or difficulty - be it on an emotional, physical, mental or spiritual level.
You may want to make changes in your life, be it with relationships, career, home life, finances etc and these areas can be addressed during the consultation.
From the 128 essences in the range a selection of between one and 8 essences is prescribed for your individual blend which becomes your treatment formula for a month. For issues or conditions that have been present for a lengthy period we would consider you taking a blend of essences for a longer period of time.

A 25ml bottle will last approximately 3 - 4 weeks taking 3 or 4 drops, three or four drops daily.
As it can take up to eight weeks to change a habit or an attitude, we recommend you purchase two 25ml bottles.

Designed to assist you when life throws you a curved ball or perhaps you have received upsetting news, suffered a bereavement or are going through a particularly difficult time in your life.
